Diablo 4 Season 3 Content Prediction

Players are in the middle of Season 2, but all that means is that the Diablo 4 Season 3 release date is fast approaching. Official details regarding Season 3 of Diablo 4 are yet to be revealed by Activision Blizzard. But thanks to a number of rumours and teases, though, we do have an inkling as to what could be on the way, including Helltides and The Gauntlet. So please read on to find out everything there is to know about the predicted Diablo 4 Season 3 release date and what it might contain.

1) Season 3 begins in January 2024

The Diablo 4 Season 3 release date should be on either January 23 2024 or January 24 2024. Season 2 is set to come to an end on January 23 2024, which means that Season 3’s start date won’t be too far behind.

This would be similar to how Diablo 4’s first and second season began and ended after Season 1 concluded on October 17, 2023, with Season 2 starting on the same day. However, the developers could still change the date, so we will update this page with the latest information as soon as it’s announced.

2) The Gauntlet, Leaderboards, and Hall of Ancients

As for what you can expect from Diablo 4 in 2024, The Gauntlet promises to be an exciting addition and possibly one of the biggest updates. It is a fixed seed, non-linear dungeon. What that means is that each run will be the same, and it will be up to players to use their skills to get the best times and highest scores.

You can increase your score via Proofs of Might, which drops from fallen foes. There will be a new Gauntlet each week, and the top 1,000 players will be on the leaderboards. The following boards are available:

    Solo Barbarian
    Solo Druid
    Solo Necromancer
    Solo Rogue
    Solo Sorcerer
    Two-player party
    Three-player party
    Four-player party

The Hall of Ancients will also be a permanent leaderboard that shows the top 10 players from each week in every season forever. Only the best and bravest will make it to that board.

3) Helltides Change

Thanks to the positive reaction to the Blood Harvest events during Season 2, Helltides are being reworked in Diablo 4 Season 3. In one of the only known features of Season 3, Helltide events will last for 55 minutes every hour, with five minutes of downtime between each event. This upgrade should make it far easier to farm Diablo 4 Items dropped during the events.

We don’t know for sure exactly what new content will be in Diablo 4 Season 3. So we’ll update this page with the official Diablo 4 Season 3 launch date and content as soon as it has been confirmed.
